              PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We offer a one hour personal training session which is tailored to suit your needs. This session would target more specific areas of your body as well as boost your technique, form, flexibility and endurance.

              AEROBIC EXERCISE

Aerobic Exercise is a fun and active way to lose weight and in turn tone some muscles. Aerobic Exercises can take the form of dancing where the entire body is being worked all at once.

              GROUP TRAINING

 

Training in a group is usually best for persons who are not self-motivated or like to be in the company of others. We offer group training which allows individuals to work together and motivate each other to achieve their fitness goals. This form of training also give persons a chance to socialize and interact with new people.

              MUSCLE TONING

Muscle Toning helps to develop a physique with a muscular structure. When the muscles are toned, there will be a reduction in the body fat and weight. This training also promote strong bones and decrease the risk of osteoporosis as well as other diseases.

              CORE & STRENGTH TRAINING

Core exercises are vital to the body. The area referred to as the core is the midsection of the body which helps to stabilize and control the spine. These exercises train the muscles in your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work collectively which will lead to better balance and stability. Strength training helps to increase your bone density and reduces numerous health conditions.
