Our Fitness Boot Camp is a 1-hour outdoor event which is created to increase strength and fitness through a variety of intense group workout. It is also designed to push the participants harder than they would push themselves. A typical Fitness Boot Camp usually runs in the following order: orientation, warm up, workout (which usually include push ups, plyometrics, squats, lunges, speed training, strength training, obstacle courses, team challenges and individual challenges) followed by cool down and stretching.
